This department supports you from your design through 3D planning to the finished prototypes. Process determination, work preparation, digitalisation, machine and robot programming are organized by our specialists. Our logistics and sales staff help us to meet our customers' requirements quickly and efficiently and to supply them directly on site. Sanamöbel Ltd. specialises in making and design your projects and the flexible production of steel, stainless steel and aluminium components and fittings, even in small series. Short delivery times are guaranteed by our own complete machine park, because we keep everything in our own hands and are not dependent on suppliers. Our company specializes in the complete processing of sheet metal and tubes (flat laser, tube laser cutting; edge bending, tube bending, machining, hand and robot welding, laser welding according to various methods, sandblasting, surface preparation, washing, phosphating, and passivating, powder coating). Special attention is paid to the packaging of the products, whether in bulk or as end-user packaging, including labelling, assembly instructions, etc.

Metal components for interior and outdoor design furniture, projects and lighting

Most of our customers are well-known furniture manufacturers from Germany and the Benelux countries who produce designer furniture. In line with today's lifestyle, designers create furniture that is composed of a variety of materials. Our engineers and technologists develop components for such furniture in cooperation with our customers. In this way, we ensure that the function and design of the furniture are harmoniously coordinated.

We use state-of-the-art laser technology to cut sheet metal and other raw materials, square profiles as well as tubes. We mill and bend, we weld manually or with robot technology and also laser welding, we grind and polish, we finish the surfaces and paint them. We assemble components and pack them in bulk or in consumer packaging and organize delivery.
We are a well-organized team of 80 motivated staff who fulfil our customers' wishes with great flexibility and courtesy, which for them means a clear added value to their product. A sophisticated ERP system, the latest technologies, modern machinery and efficient equipment ensure effective production and compliance with agreed delivery dates.
